We have chosen to limit our product lines, to companies that continue to demonstrate their commitment to exceeding our customer’s expectations, with regard to quality, cost and customer service. We believe that you are our customer, not a customer of the companies we represent, so we handle any concern directly, rather than relying on someone else to address that concern.
